Looking for 3 participants for for the training course ‘Learning to Learn’, 14th – 23rd October 2016 in Vadul Lui Voda, The Republic of Moldova.

Summary
The training course is a 8-working day activity in Vadul Lui Voda, The Republic of Moldova, gathering 30
participants from Bulgaria, Denmark, Georgia, Italy, Moldova, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Armenia and Ukraine. The training will take place on the 14th – 23rd October 2016, the 14th being arrival day and the 23rd being departure day.
The training aims to provide youth leaders with methods in non-formal education and skills in facilitation
and conflict resolution. Additionally, the objective is to provide youth leaders with knowledge upon how
the Erasmus+ program can be utilized for improving education of young people and help youth leaders to
be able to provide more effective non-formal educational activities to young people.
The training will include interactive exercises, workshops, presentations, discussions and group work.

The training will be conducted in English and translation will not be provided. Therefore, the participants
are expected to have a good level of English, both written and spoken.
Participants profile
In order to participate, the candidates should be over 18 years old and must fulfil the following
requirements:
• Be a youth leader, a peer leader or actively involved in the civil society;
• Have a good conduct in English;
• Be able to attend the entire training;
• Be committed to multiply the results of the training in the local communities.
Candidates who do not fulfil the above requirements will not be considered, and hence be taken off the
list.
Application and selection procedure

Short listed candidates will be provided with an online application form, afterwards we will announce the names of the chosen participants.

Participation Fee: 35 EUR

Deadlines
The nominated participants should have completed the application form no later than Friday 18th August
2016.

Short listed candidates will be provided with the online application form not later than 20th of August. The form should be filled not later than 26th of August.

Confirmation of the participant selection will be announced by the organizer on Monday 29th August
2016. ONLY SELECTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED.

Within 5 days after the selection results are announced, participants must prove that they have purchased their tickets with a copy of the invoice and a copy of the e-ticket.

COSTS:
Travel reimbursement 275EUR, therefore the participant should buy the ticket himself/herself and get it resimbursed within 45 days after sending the boarding passes and invoices to the hosting organisation(FIOH will be responsible for supporting you in documentation matters)

Participants shall be reimbursed for their travel expenses up to the amount available for their countries and no more than their real costs. The amounts have been calculated using the distance calculator of the European Commission from the location of each sending organization to the venue. Should the travel expenses exceed the contribution available, participants shall cover the extra costs from own resources.
Reimbursement of travel expenses
In order to get reimbursed for their travel expenses, participants shall send the organizer all the originals of
travel documentation and invoices. The reimbursements will be made through bank transfers within 45
days after the organizer have received the original documentation by post.
Additionally, the reimbursement will be performed only if the following conditions are met:
1. Participants submit their individual participant report as requested by the European Commission
through the Mobility Tool;
2. Participants and their sending organizations send the organizers a proof of dissemination
activities.
